The build price covers the agreed design, development, configuration, testing, first deployment and handover. The support plans below apply equally to all three build packages.

Your package features, approved design, development, setup, first launch and mobile / form checks. We resolve defects against the agreed acceptance checklist before handover. Essential and Growth include 2 design review rounds.
Site access, a standard source / data export and one handover walkthrough after full payment. Fixes for defects in our agreed implementation are included for 90 days, even without monthly care. Third-party licence terms are disclosed in the proposal.

We build, test, launch and hand over your site. You arrange and pay for hosting, domain renewals and ongoing maintenance. Handover and the 90-day defect warranty are still included.
No VAREVIQ monthly feeOne batch is one submitted list of up to 10 existing menu items or website entries to update. An entry can include supplied price, text and image changes. New items within the agreed menu limit use the same allowance. New layouts, pages, features, translation and content creation are separate. Unused batches expire each month. Reports and technical fixes do not use your batches.
Human support: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00, Yerevan time, excluding public holidays. Reply targets measure the first response, not the time to resolve an issue. Automated monitoring runs continuously; 24/7 human support is a separate agreement.
Care prices cover one standard website / base location, up to 5 GB storage and 50 GB monthly data transfer. Dedicated servers, heavier usage and external service charges are quoted before any upgrade. Domain registration and annual renewal are separate on every plan.
Every build includes 90 days of fixes for defects in our agreed implementation, from handover, even without a care subscription. Active care continues that coverage. These fixes never use content batches. New requirements, customer modifications and changes in third-party systems are assessed separately.
Development, marketing and external bills are separate from website care. You see the scope and price first.
For edits beyond your allowance or without a care plan: 30-minute minimum (6,000 AMD), then 30-minute increments. We estimate and ask for approval first. Work exceeding 3 hours, new pages, features and integrations receives a fixed-scope quote.

Photography, copywriting, translation, new pages, POS / CRM connections and advertising management have their own approved scope. Ad spend is a separate budget.
No extra work or paid upgrade without your approval. Change or cancel care before the next renewal; service continues to the end of the paid period. A standard source / data export is included; migration work is quoted separately. Annual refund terms are confirmed before payment.

No subscription is required. Every build includes design, development, testing, first launch, handover and a 90-day implementation-defect warranty. Choose Care, Active or Priority independently, or arrange and pay for your own hosting and maintenance. Domains and external services are always separate.
Only optional care changes: you prepay a year at the price of 10 months. For example, Growth build (149,000 AMD) + Active care (299,000 AMD/year) = 448,000 AMD for the first year, before tax and external costs. Monthly Active care would make the first year 507,800 AMD. Care is also available for Essential and Performance.
Domain registration, advertising spend, photography, translation and third-party charges such as SMS, payment processors or external reservation systems are excluded unless explicitly listed in your proposal. You supply approved copy, menu data, photos and translated content for the included languages.
Performance is a starting build price for one base location. We confirm branches, systems, permissions and implementation scope before quoting. Support is chosen independently. No live payment, CRM, messaging or booking integration is implied by the concept demo.
You can change support without changing or rebuilding your website. Ask before the next renewal; service continues through the paid period. With no ongoing subscription you must arrange your own hosting. A standard source / data export is included; migration help and annual refund terms are agreed before payment.
Your restaurant retains its content, brand and guest data. Register the domain in your own name. After full build payment we hand over site access and a standard source / data export. Third-party licences and any rights exceptions are listed in the proposal. Monthly support is optional; migration work is quoted separately.
No sales or ranking result is guaranteed. We agree the work and useful measurements. If assessing payback, use the contribution left after the restaurant’s variable costs and genuinely incremental business, rather than total sales or simulated demo numbers.
